I made it through day one. I’m feeling a little spent, a little lost in thought, a little overwhelmed with all of the preparation that now goes into my evenings to make sure our mornings go smoothly. Now to take a deep breath, relax a little, and do it all over again in the morning.
Tomorrow I return to the gym. Much looking forward to getting back to the little pieces of my routine that involve taking care of number one…there’s so little room in my life for self indulgence these days, I’ve got to get my kicks where I can. Even if they are on the treadmill.
