Get your rear in gear…

If it’s 35 degrees out and a fall weekend then I must be running a 5k, right?
I’m out the door here in about 5 minutes and heading down to Ft.Hunt Park to run the Get Your Rear in Gear 5k, a race to benefit colon cancer. I signed up for it a little over a week ago and ended up with one of my lowest bib numbers ever.

It is now 9:30 and I’m done running. Finished with my best time ever, 30:29.
