yoga amuses me.

Today’s downward dog was a three-legged dog due to my malady.
The instructor also told me that I could do a half downward dog from my knees. ..
All in all, I think yoga helped my situation. Status of my tendons and ligaments–good.
Also, I got into my tree pose today and didn’t fall over. . .I didn’t have my foot all the way up, just on my calf, but hey, it’s a start (in other words, I didn’t quite look like my icon) Less flailing, more centering. . .I’m finding my quiet center.
