After staying at the office until 8pm last night, I’m back in the saddle again this morning, ready to kick out the jams and get work done while the rest of my office is probably still sleeping or lingering over their morning coffee. Yup, that’s right. My office is closed today and I’m here. In my chair. Working. Answering e-mails and making sure that everything gets taken care of because apparently nobody else seems to care about deadlines and making sure that everything is right. Just a little peeved, you might say.
Silence is golden, however, and I anticipate being able to steamroll through what’s on my plate and get out of here after yoga at noon, thank goodness. It’s been a long two weeks, I’m in need of a little R&R.
