Today moosebraying and I will be going to Stohlman Subaru to take up the business of potentially buying a new car. We’ve had our eye on the 2006 Forrester and there’s no time like the present with all of the year end clearance stuff going on. We just need a slightly larger car. . .something that can handle trips to Lowe’s. . .something that wouldn’t have to have a chest freezer saran wrapped to the roof. . .
I’ve long been a fan of the boxy auto…looks like today may be the day that one enters my life.
First I have to clean out the Sentra. She’s been a good ride…and she’s full of crap. .. so that’ll be fun.
I’m off to the Farmer’s Market to fetch some veggies. My zucchini plant is the only one that hasn’t produced anything yet and I’ve got a hankering for Zucchini Pie and zucchini crab cakes and zucchini rollups. . .

but a little part of me just died when I found out that Lance Bass was gay.
did it come as a shock, no. . .
but he was the member of N’Sync that I had a crush on when I decided, at age 25, that pop music made for a great accompaniment to my icky commute. . .it brought me joy. . .
He sure does look happy in the pictures though.
There’s something about seeing that People magazine front cover that just made my morning less cheerful…a little part of me that just lost its innocence.
